So I recently got a job as a PT (about 1.5 months ago) and the hours are not enough for me to make good money so far. I was thinking about applying to another gym about 20 minutes away from my current one (so not really a competitor) in order to get more clients/hours. Is this a bad idea if my boss finds out? I don't want to ask him since I'm still fairly new. I'm in Canada at a community gym and I'm looking to apply to another gym that is a health club/commercial gym if that makes a difference. Also, would the gyms I'm applying to care if I'm still working at another one?
