this is my first day doing a cut 3200-500=2700 a day am i doing it right i'm 6,6 220 pounds.
Breakfast-protein shake 44 grams 240 calories
4 eggs fried 25 grams 240 calories
banana 28 carbs 100 calories 1 protein
580 calories breakfast
Lunch-2 cottage cheese sandwich wheat bread 400 calories
20 protein 80 carbs
cottage cheese 180 calories 26 protein 10 carbs
580 calories
mid lunch
4 eggs 24 protein 240 calories
cottage cheese 13 protein 90 calories
pinto beans 245 calories 10 protein 30 carbs
575 calories
before workout
120+260=380
56 protein
after workout
Milk + protein shake 380
8+48=56 protein
dinner
egg salad
3 boiled eggs 180 calories lettuce
18 protein
protein - 271 grams 2675 calories 158 carbs
Also drinking a gallon+ of water never drank like this before lol.

is this a good diet for a 2700 calorie cut.

i never have meat in the house i love chicken and other stuff i'm worried if i eat to many eggs it'll give me high cholesterol but i heard the eggs are good for you boiled and there has been a study of people eating 10-20 eggs a day in perfect health i don't wanna risk it but i love eggs even though it makes me fart all day :0
each egg has 35 calories of fat.
