    Proper dose recommended Muscle Pharm BCAA 3:1:2

    I just got Muscle Pharm BCAA 3:1:2 and was wondering how many and when to take them. It says 8 capsules per serving.
    It says to take 1 serving 3 times daily does that mean I am taking 24 pills in one day. That seems excessive.

    I was taking 4 pills preworkout and 6 pills immediately post with my protein shake (i know timing is irrelevant) now im taking 4 post workout with my protein because im taking a powder bcaa supp intra. you can take bcaas whenever you'd like, whatever works best for you.

    Thought taking them preworkout and post workout was the way to go, but I was confused by the dosing recommendations.

    If im not mistaken BCAAs work best preworkout if you train fasted. you wont really feel the effects during your workout as much if you dont train fasted (im not telling you that will work best for you, if you like the effects now keep doing what youre doing)

    like i said earlier youve got to do what works best for your body/workout regimen.

    For some reason Ive been taking 6 with my Protein Shakes. Which is after my workout. Not cause of timing, but cause I enjoy my protein after a workout. Just seems like they go hand in hand. A habit. But where the crap did I get 6? Anyways, Im not sure if I've noticed them. 2 times a day normally.

    Personally, I take 4 pills post only. Its only 3 grams of BCAA total but this is in addition to Recon that I take immediately post.

    Bcaa pills are redic. You have too take too many.


    Take AI Sports up in the reps offer. One scoop is more grams than all those pills. Further more RecoverPro is amazing. I got samples and bought 1000gram tubs shortly after. Cost effective amazing tasting and an all around good company.

    You don't need it on non training days unless you are fasting. Save it for your workouts.
