still a nooby, but not for long.
current routine is
snatch 8 sets of doubles
c&j 10 sets of singles
squats 5x5 (rotating front/back squats)
either 3x15 core/5x5 push-press/5x5 bench
I just started this routine around a week ago. i have the form down for c&j, im having some difficulty with the snatch, but i will have it down soon enough.
If anyone would like to critique my routine, or have any suggestions for a noob, that would be greatly appreciated

monday may 7, 2012. (weight in lbs)
snatch: 55, 65, 70, 75, 85. after this I found i wasnt getting the form right at the catch i dropped back down to 55 and did that for the last 3 sets.
c&j: 85, 90, 105, 110, 115, 125, 130, 135, 135, 140.
squats (back): 195 for 5x5 atg

In. I'm going to start a log from october 1st too Getting back into oly after 4 months of zero weights lifted.
I would maybe add in some pulls and more volume for the clean & jerks. Getting all kinds' of gains!☆☆☆MISC BOXING CREW☆☆☆
