So people this experiment will last 10 weeks, what are my goals?
To get on that Auschwitz time and lose around 7-8lbs while maintaining/gaining strength.
Why am I doing this? Quite simply because I want to see how much fat I can lose during a period of my life where I don’t have too much time for lifting or eating. Also when I’m finished it will be a great starting point for lean bulking as soon as autumn hits.
It should be quite interesting and I just want to prove to myself that I have the dedication to stick with something for 10weeks (I am very inconsistent and haven’t stuck to anything for a considerable amount of time).
Here is what my macros will look like and the timeframe I hope to do it in.
Also here is current measurements and what I’m looking like
Weight: 142.8lbs
Waist: 31”
Chest: 34”
Biceps: 13”
Quads: 22”
Calves: 13”
I store fat in my face and chest (such a bastard) so should be interesting to see what happens as the weight drops.
Lifts
Bench: 165lb
Squat: (haven’t squatted in a while because of a tight hamstring so we will see)
Deadlift: 285lb
I know people will be reading this thinking "damn, this nikka weak as f*ck, has no mass, and he’s cutting? Eat some food and lift heavy bro"
And that is fair enough, but I have no desire to do that at this current moment in time so don’t let my journal rustle your jimmies.
My workouts will be simple, 3 days a week, 2 days cardio, 2 days off.
Will alternate between workout A/B low volume/high volume
Workout A: Flat BB bench, weighted dips, Shoulder press, lateral raises, squats, reverse bench
Workout B: deadlift, weighted pullups, rows, pullovers, ez bar curls
So what ever workout is done twice in the week one will be low reps and strength based, the other one will be more volume, and some more isolation work will be done.
Cardio days will be some jump rope, circuits and abs. (nothing major as I don’t think I’ll need it)
So, lets get this show on the road!

What's the meaning of "Auschwitz mode"? Is it for the low calories or smth else? Cos they dont seem low at all, IMO.

Good luck, mate. I too hate how often people are told to bulk on these forums. It seems like bulking is supposed to solve all of life's problems. If you're unhappy and mentally dissatisfied with the level of fat you currently have, you should be cutting. I'd rather be skinny than chubby any day.

good luck bro! my goal physique for now, is your starting physique here. after that, i plan to bulk up. i know what you mean by storing fat on the face, that happens to me too, especially under the chin area, and around the cheeks. looking to cut down, until i get that chiseled face, lol.
do you know what your body fat percentage is right now?
