So I hurt my back last week doing a squat with bad form. Turns out I was leaning to far forward. Felt a pinch in my lower back while trying to come back up. Well I thought it would heal over my off day but now it's been 5 days and I still feel pain there. I haven't been squatting since just because when I tried it feels like if I accidently put too much weight on my lower back I could make it worse.
What should I do? It doesn't hurt when I'm standing back and its not a sharp pain or really much pain at all. It's more just a really noticable soreness. I only notice it when I bend over.
Should I do stretches for it? Should I just let it heal on its own? I'd really like to get back to squats and also deadlifts, which I haven't tried in 5 days so not sure how deadlifts affected.
