Hurt Shoulder
Hi while doing chest on Friday my shoulder started to hurt. It hurt enough for me to stop during the day and when I felt it. it felt like I had a gab, or hole in the muscle tissue. It does not hurt when I am not lifting, and I still have full range of motion. It just seems to be when I start lifting that it hurts. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Which lifts cause the pain? During which motions of the lift does pain arise?
