I really really just wanna kick two goals! I am just starting to know where to be and learning how important each and every player is...
Nothing really earns the respect of ur peers like playin a game of football and winning together! (both games I've played in seniors we've lost by 1 and 2 points :[...) we will win this week...I'm gonna play til I can't stand anymore and run my heart out

@scott and exane: we won by two points in a real close one...
Final scores were about 90 to 92....
They rested me a bit tho which worked out good coz shoulder was sore!
Football season is in off season now and ive started smashing the food already! Eat, sleep and train is my plan for the next 5 months

It actually is a bit painful around the fracture site when I do fast running and agility stuff but I'm sure it will be ok..
Leg press was ok..I was doin 3 plates a side to feel the burn..was gonna stop at 8..then I just got in a zone and was like "Fuk this don't stop now, double it, then triple it"...killed the hammies
I've got the footy bug bad man...We have ten weeks off now..
I want to come back and everyone be like "wow, hungry has improved" instead of being rusty and unfit like most people after the off season..
Probly going to get weekly massages too..the legs need it bad!!

Well don't overdo it.
A re-occurence will be devastating.
Footy is great mate - it's more the guys and club that makes it so fun.
winning helps too - my team sucks lol
Next year I want to dominate all the 'kids' coming through - i will be older nearly 28 at my prime and i want to be able to dominate key position.
So need to get super strong - esp through legs.
Leg press hits my hammies too - i love dropsets on leg press - supersetted with calf presses.
I go slow and my knees touch my chest!!
Massages FTW just so expensive.
Bad luck bout the grip fail - chalk really does add 50lb i think.
And a good bar is a big factor.
I can only deadlift with one bar - the bar at my other gym is horrible - can grip at all and even a 180kg would be tough.

Yeah I know man. I'm strengthening the ankle etc so should only get better!
Footy is great man..and my team has the best bunch of blokes..! So glad I joined..feel like working out actually has a purpose now..
Dude ure gonna be a beast when u go back next year..legs will be so strong!
Im hitting chest tonite after work and then sprints tomoz morning..!
This weekend I'll be going to Qld for the Outback jacks 1kg rump final..with rump + wedges and also vege..
So far im second quickest in Aus..
Ummmm let me have a think about places to go man...def somewhere along southbank tho for a few nice froffies.
