Ok guys I have a few supplements to add to my nutrition and training but not sure which are best. I will say I am picking this up Local first due to the fact I want to see how it taste. That means GNC guys just an FYI.
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard 5.5lbs
Optimum Nutrition GOLD STANDARD™ 100% Casein 4lbs
or
Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydro Builder
or
Ronnie Coleman Signature Series PRO-ANTIUM
Any recommendation is welcome.
I am out to build some muscle/strength since I am returning back to the gym. Thanks In Advance!

Drop Hydro Builder from that list, overpriced. What are your goals? Casein is a before-bed shake. ON is good but there are better for cheaper or equal price.

grab the on whey and casein for protein. You can grab some monohydrate instead of cell tech if you dont want the extra sugars.. plus its a lot cheaper. You wont need the nitro tech if you have enough protein from your diet and the ON whey and casein

Just buy one of them. Protein is protein. If you plan on cooking with your protein, get casein or a blend. If you're just chugging shakes, get whatever. You don't need casein before bed.
You're overpaying for ON stuff. Your best bets for the money are Myofusion or Dymatize. I don't even buy straight whey anymore. Just blends. I get thicker shakes and better for cooking.
As to your GNC logic, I don't know why you need to buy locally to try flavors. Just buy smaller containers from BB.com to try. You can also hit up reps here on the boards and often they'll send you samples. You can also head directly to the manufacturers' sites and order samples there too.

I agree but one reason also is GNC is here local and I am not paying for shipping. However, I can return any protein I don't like instead of needing to buy another protein to find the one that state good to me and wait for shipping. Doing it here at GNC makes it easier, I don't like it then I just drive 10mins to it return it and get another one right away. No waiting. After I figure out which one I like, I will go with BB.com to grab it from there. I am also considering BB.com supplement line due to the cost seems very cheap.

You guys are missing my point. I am not going to pay shipping for something I am not sure if it taste good to me or not. I will use GNC as a test company then make my decision later on for online product. Sure I could save a lot having 2 day amazon prime and bb.com account. The point is not wether or not I should stop shopping at GNC. The point is that I will not purchase something online I never tasted before. I could take a chance with bb.com supplement line and hope for the best but I am not sure if I want to make that move yet. Is why I was mainly asking about supplement over buying at GNC or online. We are kind of running of topic here with that and I wanted to avoid that from the start. Lets focus on supplements taste, feed back, review etc...
Lets say someone say this supplement is better at bb.com but is not available at GNC. Then ok, I will take that in consideration however; the supp I listed are available at GNC. So, lets focus on the product more than were I am getting it from please. Thanks for everyone feedback and consideration though.

If your diet is good there is no need for a multi.
If you're looking at a basic multi, I'd look into iForce's Athletic Multi, or Controlled Labs Orange Triad. I've enjoyed CL's OT in the past, I love the added joint support.
As for your question, I would see if some of the reps(Gaspari, ON(idk if there are reps on here), CL, etc.) could hook you up with a sample or two before you buy a tub.
Honestly, I find Gold Standard to be overpriced and not that great tasting.
I like XF Artic Lemonade as it's delicious, tastes amazing in water.Lift | Eat | Repeat

Ic, nice thanks for the info. Yes I am open to trying some sample before I go purchase online from bb.com. I had tried before to get free sample like from RC Signature line and after saying I would get one I never got one. I did try that with other supplement company with no success. Unless I purchase from GNC and got a free sample from company like Muscle Tech etc... I never gotten a free sample to try from online or from here yet.

This is part of the point I was making above. If flavor is your primary driver then ON is not going to be your best choice, and the Ronnie Coleman line is an overpriced joke. Most manufacturers have samples available. As suggested above (twice by me), contact their reps here on the forums or go directly to their websites. Most have samples available for you to try (you might have to pay a minimal amount for shipping, but about what gas would cost to go to GNC twice). I call BS on trying to get them, because getting samples is easy. Most reps on these forums can direct you.
