Please estimate my bodyfat(pic)

I'm not a bodybuilder, but interested in general fitness/nutrition, and stumbled across this forum.

Could you please estimate my bodyfat percentage from the following photos? Skinfold caliper measurements suggest about 23%, while the "Bod Pod" measured me at 17%. I am 5'3.5/123 lbs, 36-24-36.5

you need to post a full front, full back (that includes your bottom half) and side. use a self-timer if you can so your arms and shoulders are fully visible.

id say more than 17, although im no expert.. id say 19-20 ish

Definitely closer to 17% than 23%
