Diuretics day before shoot?

K. I have been working my butt off in the gym 1000+ calories and weight training everyday for this photoshoot.
& Of course I am bloated because I am on my period.

What should I do? Is there any good OTC diuretics that would be effective the day before?

I would reschedule... your diet sounds like a wreck though. You're not going to feel sexy posing when you're on your period.
If you can't reschedule, i don't know of anything I would recommend
