You wouldn't post this without knowing the risk of criticism and I'm going to give it brah.
Honestly, for 5 and a half months, this progress is not great. I'm sure you already know this at the back of your mind. In saying that, you have definitely gained some mass on your shoulders/traps and a little on your chest. This amount could be much greater if you increased your calorie intake. I don't know your situation with money, but chicken breast is very cheap and packed with protein, which you need more of as well.
Good luck brah. I commend you for making a start. Bodybuilding is not a simple and quick progressive thing to do. Stick with it.

Honestly, not great. Wouldn't say it's bad but you could have done more. Def added some size to shoulders, but everything else looks kind of neglected. Also, it could just be the pic, but your lower chest seems to stick a lot and your upper chest looks pretty flat.
No hate, just keep working at it.Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1

you're 17, tall, skinny as a twig, probs just hit puberty recently. i was the same way my man. your Test levels are low as a school girl i bet. i WAS exactly the same way at 17 brah. You're doing good, you'll just peak out much later than the rest of these manlets. i have a feeling youre going to experience great gains once you get your diet right: 300 g's quality protein a day, 300 g's complex carbs, 150 g's GOOD fats. and train like an animal, and get at least 8-10 hours of sleep. you'll get there bromosourus

Thanks alot brah. This kind of criticism only fuels the fire and pushes me harder.
Thanks alot brah. Motivation for sure. Maybe because I never incline bench? Or just genetics?
I know. I think most of it is because I didn't eat enough anyway...brb eating."Do not try to fake passion, because eventually somebody will come along who is truly passionate and they will fuking embarass you"- Ryan Doris

You went from
to
In ONE WHOLE YEAR.
That's pretty terrible progress, I'm not even kidding around. But like I said, you're probably focusing more on your lifts than anything else? And I bet they shot up like hell. So good job there.
But from a bodybuilding perspective.. it's on the lower end of the spectrum.

How old are you bro? Maybe you grew a bit during this time. Cause I sure as **** don't see 36 pounds of muscle on you.
Your progress might of been perfect in terms of lifting stats, but I have seen much better 1 year progress pictures from other people (mainly people who do upper/lowers, splits, etc).. in terms of muscle mass.
edit: Just read 36 pounds total... still, it doesn't look like you added much muscle anywhere.

Never once stated 36lbs of muscle.
muscle mass + water + fat accounted for 36lbs. Which is good IMO.
In terms of muscle the most you can gain is 20-25lbs in your first year of training. (Going by Lyle Mcdonald's chart)
And that was where I feel.
I haven't grown since I was 16, so that is negligible. Currently 18.
