Studying for NASM CPT, i need help!

Okay so ive had the course since late Feb. Im moving incredibly slow (only 3 chapters done). Its not so hard to understand the reading, but I absolutely hate reading. Its always been my weakpoint. The way i study is i read through the chapters and take notes on every part of the chapter.
Any tips?
Im a tow truck driver so i dont have much chance to study. But im definetly trying to speed up my pace.

Do you have an actual account on the NASM website? They have downloadable mp3's for account holders for each chapter. So you can technically listen to them while you drive your tow truck
