    Thumbs down Fuk I hate Carbohydrates so much (srs) Low carb FTW

    brb bloated
    brb feeling fat
    brb having a big moon face from water retention
    brb can never lose weight with them in my diet
    brb feel so much cleaner and better low carb

    I am just going to make a low carb high fat, moderate protein diet a lifestyle. I hate feeling all bloated. Maybe ill just carb up 1x every 2 weeks or so but not every day fuk that.

    I know that feel op, I fukin HATE how fat and bloated they make my face even when I'm lean, I already have a pretty wide face/jaw and carbs just make it look like a fukin moon, is there any supplements you can take that stop you from retaining water, particularly in the face?

    I know that feel bro. Try carb-cycling. I've done Keto and other similiar low carb diets, and I have found carb-cycling to be the most effective diet for me whether I'm cutting or clean bulking.
