Carbs are bittersweet for me. However, good luck feeling like **** as the day goes on and you don't eat carbs. I feel like my body is ridiculously sensitive to carbs. I can not eat carbs for the whole day and feel lethargic, but the moment I eat some yams I get a boost.
no carbs + EC stack =you'll still feel tired as ****I don't really care how much I lift, just how much I can look like I lift. u mad?

Haha its just personal experience.
Me and 2 friends all lift, 1 Ecto, 1 Meso (Me) and 1 Endo.
Ecto thrives on bread/oats etc in the morning and large amounts of beans/lentils. I struggle with too much bread in my diet and my endo training partner cant touch bread/oats because it turns him into snorlax when he does.
I have no energy issues without carbs. Too much bro-science behind nutrition IMO. Just eat what your body reacts best to and judge by your physique if something is working for you.
