    Before/After @ the same weight 167lbs . Bodyfat estimate?

    Here is my before and after picture of 6 months. (sorry about the slightly diff. angles) I am the exact same weight. In between these pics I gained an unsightly 20 pounds of fat. I was fed up and got back on my grind 3 months ago. I am cutting fat while building muscle. I can expand on my regimen/diet if you want. It feels great getting back into shape after not having been to a gym in years.

    What would you estimate my bf%? What do I need to work on most? Constructive criticism welcomed.

    I will post more pictures in the future after I lay an asskicking to finals week.

    Arms look good, chest seems a little small in relation to your arms. Core also looks strong.. abs wanting to show themselves. id guess 12-15% bf?

    Appreciate it man..I've been working hard to get my chest up but it definitely grows slower than everything else.
    I was guessing somewhere around 15 % but I'd like to hear other opinions? How much do I need to lose to get visible abs?
