how do i deal with an immature girl?

....I was just wondering how I should go on about dealing with an immature girl?

She seems a bit shy, but shes quite immature. I am thinking, since she's shy she doesn't know what to do but act immature....

This isn't a specific question, but, a general question on how I should treat/talk/deal with an immature girl...I am not really asking what I should do to "win" her over or anything.

Basically, how does an immature girl's mind work? Are they just confused and don't know what they want, hence the immaturity? Do they ever grow up? lol.

Don't you want a woman who has goals and is working towards them? A woman who will be strong and independent? Make her own money? Have her own hobbies?

You didn't give much info, but it sounds suspect to me. Go find a good strong woman. Who needs the hassle of dealing with immaturity? You want a GF or do you want a child?

Maybe she's just inexperienced... how old is she if you don't mind me asking? And yes, most of the time immaturity fades away and people do grow up, although there probably are some people that have that trait for life...
