yeah man Heat --> causes a bit more inflammation on the targeted area --> more inflammation = more blood flow --> more blood flow --> more nutrients are flushed to the area --> faster healing


when I have an injury I try to keep a heatpad on it as much as I can

Feels like forever since I posted here, but it's been only a couple of days.

I've been a bit more productive since laying off the internet a bit. Feels good man.

I just got an acceptance letter from a college I applied to. Not my first choice but it's good to know I have a fallback if I don't get in where I wanted.

I've been doing well with my lifting and eating but school seems to be dragging. I'm getting things done but it's such a hassle. How are you all?

Kind of the same here. Doing good with nutrition and lifting, strength and bodyweight are going through the roof. But school is also kind of a hassle. Loads of group assignments but I'm lucky that most of the people in those groups actually know what they're doing.

I've got to say man, that thread was like a wake up call to me.

Outside of lifting and reading countless things about nutrition/diet I haven't done much to increase my personal stock as a human being.

I've got a fire lit to do everything I can each and every day to make it productive is some shape or form. Going to start reading countless books again like I did when I was younger.. Can't believe I stopped.
