When I do a barbell curl or dumbell curl, my left forearm gets really sore, then when I let go of the weight the pain gets REALLY bad for about 2 seconds and then it fades, its worse with heavy weights, but I still feel it even with really light weights (not quite as sore though).
I stopped lifting altogether for 2 weeks, and still feel it when I lift (light or heavy)
Its not quite as low as the wrist, not IN the elbow, but it is most of the forearm length.
I dont think i've lost any range of movement day to day, like at work etc its not sore at all, and I can move it without any pain whatsoever, just lifting is sore. I dont even feel it when i do pushups either, just bicep exercises, and occasionally during shoulder excercises
IS IT JUST A PULLED MUSCLE, OR SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS, LIKE A TENDON/LIGAMENT DAMAGE???
How do I heal it long term, Permanently???
