Hardest single exercise would have to be when you put your hands together like a diamond, get in a push up position, walk your feet towards your hands as close as you can get them, then while keeping your ass in the air, put your nose in the diamond. Now hold it for 45 minutes while in gravel.
Ranger school was not a fun experience.
That was the hardest single exercise, although I got smoked til I passed out on more than one occasion.

Flactoid Extensions without a doubt. They are a sumbeech.
No brain, no gain.

hmm well if we are talking upper body exercises then I would say it's the way I do military presses.
Once I have the bar up against my upper chest then I use the delts to raise the upper arms until they are level with my shoulders and the elbows pointing straight out away from me.At that point the bar is at or close to chin level and then I begin to press the bar upward and once it gets about forehead high as I keep pressing it I bring it backward a bit to where once the bar is over head you could draw a str8 line from the bar through my body to my feet.
Let me say this by the time I am finished with it my delts and tris are fried.Barbarism in the natural state of mankind.Civilzation is unnatural. It is the whim of circumstance. And barbarism must always ultimately triumph.
