What do you think. I am 26 out days from stepping on stage again. I tore my pec a few years ago and finally recovered and was able to lift heavy again. I did lose some size and I know I still need another good offseason. Meals are 4 meals a day 1 morning and 1 night time meals 30fat 50protein 5 carbs pre and post is 25 fat 50 protein and 50 carbs every 3rd day I do a refeed of 100g carbs postworkout. I know I need to pose my legs and keep them tight when posing!

Hey man. Ill be honest, I think your behind. Your stomach is holding quite a bit of fat and legs are kinda smooth. But everything else looks on point for 4 weeks. Just keep hammerin away.
