Hi i have started training and i'm a little confused about when to eat carbs! I can go all day without carbs, but was told i should eat carbs after a work out. Then i saw these Oakmeal Pancakes and was told i should be eating them throughout the day. I'm confused, what am i supposed to be eating and when?

this. and i'll just add that after you hit your minimum protein and fat requirements, the rest of your cals can be from anything you want. all can be carbs if you want. as brit said, eat what ever carbs you want, whenever you want.
btw, weird abt the oatmeal pancakes throughout the day thing. never heard that one.
