Assault's best flavor?

Hi guys,

What's the best flavor for assault? Previously, i bought rasberry/lemonade (since so many people here loved it) - but I hated it! Awful taste

I'm thinking about green apple?

Green apple has a very strong flavor but it tastes just like a green apple jolly rancher. Orange mango is delicious. And fruit punch is probably a close 2nd place

Tried just raspberry lemonade till now. Takin in little more than half a scoop.

I was gonna buy fruit punch - but then I tried fruit punch (Vitamin water) and hated it!

When do you take it?

I take it 20-25 mins before going to the gym! But I do 25 - 30 mins of cardio before hitting weights

Should I, instead, take assault after my cardio to get the pump for weights?

i see you are the forum rep for assault. Should I take assault 20-30 mins before lifting (as soon as I start my cardio that is) OR take it 20-30 mins before starting my cardio?

The newest flavor is watermelon and if it tastes anything like the watermelon re-con then it'll be amazing.
