So I'm looking to build muscle and lose fat what supplements are worth taking? I'm thinking a creative, bcaa, test booster, and any other ideas. Also looking for recommendations on brands. Thanks

If you don't have any problem with money;
Whey (Myofusion, Dymatize ISO 100, Optimum Gold Standard, Allmax ISOFLEX)
Creatine (Get plain Creatine Mono, or you can go with Green MAG or Gaspari's SizeOn)
Bcaa (Aminocore, Recoup, Xtend)
Multivitamin (Orange Triad (Contains also joint support), or Animal Pak)
IMO These are the staples, since you wanted brand names the ones i wrote are top nocht products. Also you can get a Fishoil too if you think you need it, I heard Controlled Labs have a good fishoil, but i didn't have oppurtunity to try it sadly.If There Is No Struggle, There Is No Progress

You dont NEED any supplement but if you decide to buy some, protein, creatine and fish oil are the only ones that are worth buying. Possibly Beta alinine as well. For pre workout a banana, double shot expresso (coffee), is all you really need....works well for many without wasting money on useless supplments. Spend your money on good quality foods instead.
