Now, i need to make another decision.
I think as I research leangains it looks like the best approach for me, as It will allow me to lose some more fat, and get some muscle.
I do not start things unless i research them to death, so in 2 more weeks, after i have faith leangains will work and i understand it fully i think i will start that.

looking good man
however if you do enough research you'll find that the best program for diet or a routine is one that you design. everyone's body is differently and it responds according the specific stimuli in which it is subjected. finding how your body responds, through trial and error, and developing a program accordingly is the only way to find the "best" program. through my years in practice of the scientific method i've discovered one fundamental truth, theory and practice are two very different things.BS in molecular biochemistry

very well spoken.
i respond well to cyclical diets i have found.
my carb/insulin resistance doesnt seem to be that good, and i get tired with carbs.
Ive had the most success on ultimate diet 2.0 and am still on it, but eating like a mouse during the week, thats killing me.
also, i want to bulk but cannot risk getting fat fast again, so i will do the leangains -20/+20 approach, it seems fundamentally sound. The Ultimate Resource on Dieting and Intermittent Fasting

Its, just getting the fundamentals down as far as I can see.
There is a calculator but it really depends on macros and having your starting point down far more than others.
I've been reading loads now on it for a few days and yeah...
The thing is after my heavy cut I need a change and leangains can continue my cut, and give me a psychological breakThe Ultimate Resource on Dieting and Intermittent Fasting
