    going on a mapping assignment

    hi there , i've been bulking for about a month and a half

    and i want to cut now , but i have a 5 week asignemnt that involve alot of hiking in montana

    so i figured i can use it as my cutting period

    what do u recomand ?

    It sounds like you'll be doing alot of hiking... that should work well as cardio.

    This. You could run this risk of passing out due to malnutrition and then youll wake up with bear grylls living inside of you. but in all seriousness, bring proper food for fuel, just like posted above, because hiking isnt a walk in the park.....lol...... Calculate your BMR first ( http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981 ) and take a look at your goals and what kinds of food will be available to you during this hike. Im sure you can find light foods that can also benefit as energy boosters. Check these little buggers out! ( http://gimmesomeoven.com/no-bake-energy-bites/ ) They look delicious and small and promise energy! somethings along the lines of these should be helpful. You can probably check on other websites for light energy filled foods! Good Luck!
