In this last month, I have seem to be stuck around the same weight bouncing around a 5 lb area. I picked up my cardio and increased my weights, yet still no change really. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Reexamine your food intake, make sure you have a sufficient deficit. And bear in mind weight loss is not linear: http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...d-i-do-qa.html
