I know how they're meant to be positioned but should I be pushing with them? I was benching yesterday and, when I was really struggling to lift up the barbell, one of my feet would slightly come off the floor. Should I be pushing with my feet when I'm moving the weight up? What's the best way to maintain tightness in the upper back?
At what weight does rolling the barbell on your chest after failure become dangerous?

You should keep your feet on the floor and use them as support . Shoulder blades should be pulled back together and down . Your lower back should be arched so a hand can slide under it .You push up with your chest . Use your lats to help you lower the weight . And there is no set weight , The weight is when you cant roll the bar OFF your chest lol If you cant handle the weight then your using too much . As a beginner you do not need to train to complete failure .

I am not mad at all you are at the world apparently. You are why people hate this part of the site (i.e., you give bad advice which you believe to be a truth and believe it, and most the time you do not give advice!) Those steroids really must be affecting a certain place and it makes you pissed..? Lets just settle this the old fashion way, I think you may have heard of the website Youtube?? if so, out work me, and post it and I promise I will make you realize how foolish you are, if you have not come to that conclusion by now. 1 more thing could you do me a huge favor.. and have a GREAT day!<X>B1RD33<X>
