the formulas look great, there is no whey in the P.M., and strictly whey in the A.M.
however, i havent tried them, so i dont know how they taste'
regrdless of the taste, they seem to be very high quality products that are from a trusty company
sorry this probably doesnt help much on the whole taste thing, but i just wanted to say the protien blends themsleves seem to be reliable

I picked some up a few weeks back, price isn't too bad. Came with an MRP inside, some sort of LMM knock off it looks like. Taste is pretty good. PM is a little thick though for my taste.

Wife just saw these in a book. Was looking for where to buy them. Couldn't find them on here. Where are they selling them at? GNC, anywhere for a good price online?
She is interested in trying them.
Thanks

The AM/PM is currently only available at GNC, FULL SRP is $44.95 for 60 servings (1 months supply). But GNC do give 30% off on GC week...

depending on when you take your pm shake, it makes a difference.
For example, if you eat your last meal, then wait a few hours before you down your om shake and go to bed, having a small amount of whey (or egg)
in there cause a quick burst of amino acid pools, which is good because yuo wont get any amino pools from the casein for about an hour
However, if you are like me, and have your last full meal about 45 minutes before you pm shake, you should be fine, as there will be a pool of amino acids left from your previous meal

I'll bet there is little significant difference. It's all Marketing and the MIGHTY DOLLAR!

I've tried the AM/PM and liked them quite a bit. The only thing I can add that hasn't already been said is that I like the consistency of the PM protein. It's kind of like pudding.

although i know twinlab is a reputable brand, im a little skeptical of this since i pay 25$ every month for iss micellar matrix, its almost like theyre giving either packet away in twinlabs case....
