Get a better haircut. Your bangs look like they're taped to your forehead. Your hair is your biggest problem, but not far behind is the overall softness of your face. I doubt you lift, so get on that = sharper features. It's not very attractive when your chin blends in with your neck (I know this is in some part due to the angle, lighting, and picture quality).
