This stuff doesn't work Man. Expensive too, wowzers. 50 servings = 50 workouts and it's $30. $30 now a days goes a long way as you know, hell that puts a little over a quarter of a tank of gas in my Cadillac. I know Electrolyte's aren't any good while training it's proven to be a waste of money. Creatine is another big waste of money and it's very expensive and it's not even proven to work. Antioxidant's are junk. Citrulline is useless. Big waste of money taking these things and I only get 2lbs of it for 30 whole dollars? Big money right there. This stuff helps motivate people. I could look at your picture all day and just start baiting and get motivation for free. And all I would take is Protein and a Vitamin so I have energy to bait.

I been drinking the hell out of some pre workout though. I want to weigh 170lbs and lose about 90lbs. Oh you are saying these other guys are trying to get bigger and they only weigh 170lbs. Yeah they are getting cheated badly. $30 a month for a pre workout it should pack on at least 10lbs of muscle a month. That or maybe it's these types of supplements that got them to 170lbs and they came from 150lbs.

Everybody is different, Some are genetically gifted as yourself. Sure we have plenty of Guys running around looking like Slater on Saved by the Bell. That's not what the big deal is though, it's not that you look like a million other guys, it's because your image of yourself exceeds the final product that's what the big deal is. I understand what you mean but hey if they want to spend $50 or however much on supplements then they can since it is their money. You may not see results in a picture but to be honest for some people just getting the motivation to go to the gym is hard. Stuff like N.O. explode may pump them up and get excited to go to the gym (Not saying that is a good thing to do, going to the gym should be out of will power). At least they are TRYING to become healthier, many fail at even trying.

Really? I hope you're not serious with this BS statement. I am going to assume that your diet and training is piss poor. Creatine is one of the most studied supplements that is backed by scientific data that it works. Expensive? 20$ for 1,000g doesn't seem expensive to me.

Citrulline is great for endurance and pumps. Antioxidants are excellent for overall health.

Get your diet and training right before you start spewing BS like this around.

P.S. I don't think the OP realizes that low weight, high volume training can induce hypertrophy. With all the supplements I take, I'm lifting quite a few tubs numerous times a day and then shaking up my drinks. If that's not lifting then I don't know what I've been doing for the past 30 years.
