    Posting vids is also a great way to get feedback on form, sticking points, suggestions for improvement, etc. 300 is a big milestone, one that I haven't reached yet. If you hit it, great, if not, you made a great troll thread. Today I'm going to see how many reps I can do at my body weight. If I can do 15+ I'll post it to the bw bench contest, if not, I won't. There's always somebody bigger, faster, stronger, so I just do my thing and let the rest sort itself out.

    Body weight for reps contest in another thread. See i did 37 reps of 225 without video. So it doesnt count. However, my 32 reps on video do and help with my credibility when i say i did 37. Just an example of how having video will get you more help, props, ect...
