PRE-WORKOUT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Can I stack a Non-Stim PWO, with a PWO with stims?
A:Most of the time, yes. Find out which ingredients do not go well with each other before trying.
Q: How many minutes before my workout should I take my PWO?
A:Most labels tell you, though it's different for everyone. could be 10 minutes, could be 45.
Q: Do I have to take my PWO on an empty stomach?
A: For full effectiveness, it is suggested that you take your pre-workout supplement at least 2 hours after eating, for quick digestion.
Q: I took a Pre-Workout supplement.. But it had no effect, what do I do?
A:When was the last time you ate? (Refer to above question). Have you cycled off stimulants for at least 2 weeks? (Coffee, tea, soda, etc...). Did you take the recommended serving size, and mix with the appropriate amount of water?
Q: Can I take a Pre-Workout Supplement if I am currently cutting?
A: Yes, it will give you more energy, and focus to help reach your goals.
Q: When I take my Pre-Workout, my mouth feels really dry in the gym.. why is this?
A: Be sure to stay hydrated while you are exercising. As most pre-workouts contain Creatine, it is essential for you to drink plenty of water.
Q: Are Pre-Workout supplements safe? I've heard of people dying..
A: Intelligent people do not die from Pre-Workout supplements. If you are wanting to mix 14 scoops of the strongest stimulant, to get a bit more energy.. There are obviously going to be some health risks. However, taken with the recommended serving size (Usually 1-2 scoops) pre-workouts are safe.
Q: Are Pre-Workout supplements worth the money?
A: For some, yes. For others, No. If you need some more motivation, energy, focus, endurance, strength, wake up early etc.. etc.. then pre-workout supplements can help a ton. If you already have energy, strength etc.. then you might as well grab a pre-workout anyways to push your self beyond your current limits
Q: Can I take a pre-workout for studying?
A: Depending on the product, yes. Refer to the "Focus" category above, all are great options for a supplement to take to help with your studies.
Q: My pre-workout contains creatine, but not much.. Can I add more?
A: Most Pre-Workout supplements containing Creatine is a sufficient enough amount to saturate the muscles in time. Though, if you wish to saturate the muscles quicker. You can add additional creatine. (3-5g/daily is all that is really necessary)

After running a log on Shock Therapy I rated the endurance a 10. It was surprisingly good. Last workout I did with it was 2 hours. 40 min of cardio and the rest weight lifting and I didn't walk out exhausted.
I also had unbelievable focus while using presurge unleashed.Juggernaut Log (current)

This is true, formulas do change a lot. But I am pretty active in the Supplement section, and when a formula does change I hear about it pretty quick. I will do my best to keep it updated
Of course! thank you
Indeed, I tried the sample and it gave me insane focus. Stacked with Shock Therapy, the focus/endurance was insane!Driven Sports Craze Review: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144676431

Nice thread and as many have mentioned PreSurge Unleashed is a great choice with an unparallelled formula and exceptional customer feedback.- http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=125194101

It's to late for me to edit, I was going to add in a bunch of more pre-workouts, including NeuroCore. I wated to long, and I can no longer edit the thread.
I have samples of Neurocore, I just haven't gotten around to trying them yet. I'm sure I would have added it in if I tried it, but most of the supplements I added ^ are off research/experience.Driven Sports Craze Review: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144676431

Thanks OP for putting this list together. I'm a relative newbie and this list helps. I've only tried a half dozen PWO's so far and still trying to educate myself instead of trying things based on store owner's opinion, recommendation of friends, and marketing. Been reading the forums/stickies/links for the past few weeks and it's a lot of information to take in all at once.

No problem man. Don't listen to those idiot salesmen saying "this product will increase your testosterone levels by 350%".. -.- Always do research!
Agreed, would be nice to have edit rights for longer than 24 hours.
Though.. I cannot add anymore information to the OP even if I could, already has 12,000 characters (the HTML codes).
I'm thinking I'll, reply to the OP with a new post with a bunch more information/products/faq.Driven Sports Craze Review: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144676431
