I'm not going to copy and paste the store write-up or give you a bunch of big scientific words to try and act/sound cool or smart. I'll give you the "Spaz Cliff Notes" ...

It controls cortisol. Regulates your hormones by promoting the good hormones and minimizing the bad hormones. Products like this work very well (think back to 11-OXO or even a product like DS Lean Xtreme). And for the price, it's a no-brainer purchase-wise.

Just the thought of a reversal makes my skin crawl ... no honestly, I think I would be alright with that. But for right now I have no reason at all to even entertain that idea.

Exactly. My two kids are super cute ... and I just keep getting older and uglier. So anything I would create at this point would be hideous


I dose the same way James does, 2 caps right at noon (with lunch) and two caps with my evening meal around 6:30 or 7 PM (dinner)
