Hey guys, this is my first thread on this site so im not really familiar with a lot here. Anyway, i'm 19 years old turning 20 this year, i've done my fare share of research and i'm still stumped. I've never used any steroids or anything more than a pre workout lol.
Honestly i workout probably 4-5 times a week I also like to play sports (hockey )
About 1 and a half years ago or so i started working out, never really done weightlifting before, i was relatively chunky at the start; I was prolly around 18-20% BF. I was never FAT though; was more of a skinny fat, had bitch tits but i thought that was just because my poor nutrition (drank alot of coke and tons of food that had absolutely no nutritional benefits). Do you think that alone could have caused me to have gyno?
Also this passed year i've been smoking marijuanna almost everyday multiple and multiple times and somehow came across someone telling me marijuanna can also cause gyno and that really bothered me because my "gyno" got worse. It's really confusing because when i workout and pumped, right after im done the workout i look fine, and im pretty happy with myself, but like later in the day when my muscles are relaxed my nips just flare out, but not all the time, it's like they got a mind of their own.
I heard Letrozole can reverse gyno, can you guys look at the pics and tell me what i can do because im sick of waiting around anymore im 19 and i wanna just do the **** i enjoy doing without worrying about these stupid titties
