    Depends on volume. If you eat and sleep enough in those 3 days and not doing 15 sets at chest(or other muscles) last time, you will be ready for next session ( at least I am doing monday and thursday, monday I go with 6 sets for chest, highest weight for 6-8 range and by the thursday I am healed and don't have any strength problems)

    Overtraining is just overrated. You are overtrained when your body says so, not just numbers
