If your gym has a smith machine, get a block of wood and put it under the bar. Stand on the wood on the balls of your feet. I find that it's MUCH easier to balance when doing them on a smith. That is the only thing I think a smith is good for. That and having a rack on the back to put weights on

Instead, give some full advice, not half. Me saying 200 reps using a "mug" would give a burn has no relevance to you not recommending it, I could have said 300, 400, 500 reps and you would have said the same. Attempting to turn bad advice around doesn't work, also, if it was a very large mug, it would, srs.
