I'm almost finished with my current bottle of Kre-Alkalyn (130 capsules), and I'm going to be ordering another today. I'm looking to save some money and am thinking about just ordering the one containing 60 capsules. Normally, I take two capsules a day, but am wondering if I will gain the same amount by just taking 1 per day. Will I gain strength slower, or about the same as taking two?

All you need is 3-5 grams per day.
