Guys,

Has anyone used this pre-workout (Flash Bang on Primal Muscle's site) before? I have been getting emails from them every day and I decided to at the least check out their website and found this.

They mostly talk about and sell anabolic stuff. I can't even find the product ingredients. Price is pretty steep too. $50 for a product which doesn't really have any reviews or buzz among gym goers.


ALso, I have been using Jack 3d for a few months now and was wondering if there is anything else I can consider as my new workout buddy. I am kind of done with Jack3d now. Was gonna give it a shot to Assault but then saw this new Primal Flash Bang stuff.
