Lets be real, the only opposition to gay marriage is from religions. But the problem with that is, marriage has been taken over by the government, it is now a government "program" really for tax cuts. Even though gay people aren't a protected class I still think barring them from marriage is unconstitutional.

Also if it's against your religion, who are you to judge? Are you your religion's God? No. So you have no authority to keep people from doing something they want to do that doesn't effect you, your God will judge them in time, it's not your concern *Assuming whoever religious person thinks this God is real*

Prove that homosexuality and love are mutually exclusive. That's a positive claim. I have no need to defend its negative because it's the default position that, given there aren't any clear obstacles to their inclusiveness, they're inclusive.
