My Goal here is to combine Olympic Lifts/ Powerlifting and / Bodybuilding all in one...Im going to stick to 5 days a week because that fits my schedule and train everything twice a week.
Critique the routine and tell me where you would make changes..??
And yes i CAN handle 30 sets in a single session. Ive done it tons of times no problem

Your routine is REALLY busy. Your progress on it will be extremely limited.
All you really need for a great physique (as well as progress in the lifts) is to work on your major lifts and then add curls (preferably pullups though) or bench on days where it would make the most sense. Idk about anyone else here, but I never have a concrete plan of what I'm going to do during the week. I just follow the rule of thumb not to do the same exercise two days in a row.Gym lifts (PB): C&J: 132.5k, Snatch: 107.5k (p)Jerk: 138k, Clean: 137k Front Squat: 153
Deadlift: 455, Squat: 380(oly) 360 (pl), Bench: 245, CPUs: 9001
Comp Total: 237k

IMO, an olympic routine incorporating accessory lifts and thne some added supine grip pullups and bench/dips would be fine for bodybuilding purposes. After switching to an olympic routine, I realized how tough it is to lift weights with the sole purpose of bodybuilding... For most natural guys I think it is simpler to follow a PL or OL routine and fill in the gaps if you wanna get bigger.
112.5 snatch
131 cj

This is an awful routine, I mean doing
Military Press
Push Press
Rack Clean and Press
in the same day? Your lifts are gonna suck bro. Break it way down and focus on of those skills maybe 2-3 times a week and switch them up. And you need to be squatting more, take away the ****gy time lunges, hack squats, other machine garbage. SLDL two days in a row? I don't understand what this routine is based off of. Friday probably confuses me the most and if done in that order will really be awful for progressing in the oly lifts.
Start over bro, if you want to PL and OLY then squat daily, bench every now and then, snatch and CJ 3-4 times a week and throw in some pullups and curls every now and then. Don't make it more complicated.
