Im trying to start my keto diet and i really want more fats, but keep protein up at 200g. It seems i cant lower my carbs as to what food choices i selected. How much of those carbs are really carbs, since they are direct sources? Does the lettuce cancel out for carbs, since fiber?

what i should of did was to replace the natty pb with extra virgin olive oil because then i would of got 3g more fat and no carbs at 95 cals.

Id switch your protein percentage with fat, ive been tinkering with mine for years, and settled on 55% fat and 45% protein. Give or take a few % for carbs. If a carb comes from fiber then its non digestable and therefore you dont count it. Almost all my carbs come from sauces, Cheese, and veggies
Any particular reason you feel you eed 200g of protein? If your using the age old formula of 1g to 1lb that would put you at 200 lbs, and 1500 calories is way too little for your bodyweight. If its not you are probably over including protein.
