"Conducting a PowerPoint presentation is a lot like smoking a cigar. Only the person doing it likes it. The people around him want to hit him with a chair." ~ Roger Simon
Never seen it here. Then again, never seen a Falcon with a four cylinder, yet, they have all been sixes up until now.
EDIT:The new Eco boost is in the Falcon body, but, imho,it shouldn't be a Falcon....true Falcons are six or eight cylinders. It will be interesting to see the market reaction.
I drive a 1984 S-pack XE Falcon Stationwagon,250/4.2 six cylinder motor,155,000km,in excellent condition...classic Aussie car.

This is probably old news to you, but I really like the articles on auto history at www.ateupwithmotor.com, they did a nice two part write up on the history of Ford in Aussie, and specifically the Falcon that you may enjoy reading.
Cool, thanks.Love the pic of the old 48/215,(commonly known as the FX).My brother has one fully restored to original condition. My family has a smash repair business in NW NSW,and this year is the 50th anniversary...my dad and his brother started, then my brother and cousin took over, and now my brother and his son run the shop.Ford and Holden here are rivals, and traditionally one is a Ford person or Holden. My brother tore strips off me when I told him I bought a Falcon....."Sampsons don't drive Fords!!" He also has an EH ute with a worked, triple carb 186 motor...bloody thing goes like a race car!! I helped him build it from a wreck 32yrs ago.
I love my old Falcon,a bit hard on fuel, but reliable and easy to fix if something goes wrong, which doesn't happen often.
