I was lucky enough to get a full tub and run a log for Universal. I did 2 scoops per workout. These are my thoughts
Taste - 10/10 - Clyde's Hard Lemonade - It took me a little bit to get the right ratio of scoops and water. About 20 oz of water with 2 scoops with some ice cubes made it perfect. Hard lemonade is the best way to describe it. Its not sweet but not really sour either, it has bite to it. I enjoyed it very much and would drink it as a regular drink if it was available.
Mix - 8.5/10 - I used my blender ball shaker cup to mix this. It would always mix very well but there was always a cloud down at the bottom. I could always see little bits and pieces at the bottom and I didn't want to waste any of my PWO drink.
Ingredients - 10/10 - I think it has everything you need for a PWO.
Pump - 9.5/10 - I couldn't give it a solid 10 but the pumps were amazing. Especially when I did arm workouts. The muscle would get so engorged with blood I would have to shake my arm to get it out so I could continue to workout. I couldn't get full range of motion otherwise.
Energy - 8.5/10 - it was never a burst of energy or overwhelming but I could feel it. It was smooth, clean energy and it lasted throughout my entire workout. I really liked that there wasn't a crash afterwards. My workouts can last up to 1.5 hours and is a mixture of weights and cardio right now.
Strength - 9/10 - I'm doing the Kris Gethin 12 week transformation workout so its hard to really evaluate this but I never felt weak doing any exercise but I was consistently gaining in all exercises I was doing.
Focus - 8/10 - I would say this is the weakest link to the PWO, I was always ready to hit the gym but I didn't have tunnel vision like I've had with other PWO's.
Endurance - 10/10 - I was very impressed with this aspect. I was concerned about doing 20 min of cardio before and after hitting the weights. I thought I wouldn't have the energy or strength to do the entire workout, but I did and it exceeded my expectations. My last workout was 2 hours long and I finished just as strong as I started.
Overall - 9/10 - only thing thats holding it back is that I basically have to take 2 servings to do my workouts, but for those who can take one this is an excellent PWO and everyone should give it a try. I know you can get free samples of Shock Therapy and you shouldn't pass it up.
Thanks again Universal, another solid product to add to my ever growing supplement stack.

Nice review donked! ... I think you've summed up exactly what I was thinking about for the product since I'm getting ready to review a tub I had picked up for myself.
Only thing I wasn't a fan of myself though was the lemonade taste (I know blasphemy :P), but the effects were great
You have yet to taste C4 Blue razz/pink lemonade then man ... and now with the newly released watermelon, just can't go wrongCellucor M5/P6 log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146519333

I haven't tried watermelon white flood. I have two 100 serving tubs of the electric lemonade. It's not my favorite but it works. I agree with the C4 blue razz. It's the best I've had. Love it.

I strongly agree with your taste buds then :P ... although I'm really thinking the watermelon their releasing is really going to be a strong contender for the top spot now
Btw ... how would you rate the ST compared to WF? I personally thought the ST was a winner b/w the 2 if I had to choose.Cellucor M5/P6 log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146519333

Well price per serving white flood wins hands down. But shock therapy has a lot of the ingredients I look for in a pwo. I would say they are almost the same. Energy, pump and endurance are the same. Both weaknesses seem to be the focus aspect. I like them both and I don't think you can go wrong with either one.
