    Bending elbows - cracking noise

Whenever I do any exercise that involves bending my elbows and putting stress on it, I hear a slight cracking noise. It seems like my joints are sort of grinding and cracking against each other. It does not hurt, but I am wondering if there is something wrong?

This occurs in any sort of exercise that requires bending my elbow such as push-ups, bench presses, shoulder presses...

Does it occur with every repetition? Generally, it's the sound of connective tissue. Keep an eye on it and be wary of any possible pain and/or sensitivity.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

It happens after most reps. This has been an issue for over 10 years now (i'm 24). There was never any pain or sensitivity. If I was deaf, I would not have even realized there was this issue.

Then I wouldn't worry about it.

    Thank you.

Is this normal behavior? I've asked my friends who play sports and they said they've never encountered this before.
