tiredness moodwings etc.
so im 2 months into my workout plan, im noticing some great results however everythig is catching upto me, my body is ALWAYS sore ive been going bootcamps with kickboxing, yoga, sandbags kettlebells etc, also doing weights cardio etc, ive been feeling really on edge, i seem to blow up alot more about random ****!
i workout 6 days a week, some weeks 5 if im too busy,
i just wanna know if anyone else experiences this and did you just push through it?
come summer im going to back off a bit, but for the next 2 months it will be a 5-6 day a week schedule!

lol i know that would be the obvious answer, but its only been 2 months, like is this normal?
