Hey Guys. I would like to know what nitric oxide supplement is best for me? I'm 5'9" 206 pounds. I lost about 90 pounds over the last couple years. So Based on what I am providing, could anyone please give me some good suggestions?
Tuesday/Thursday: Each exercise of 8 or 10 reps increases by 1 rep for an additional 2 weeks (8 becomes 10, 10 becomes 12). Then weight moves up 5 pounds per exercise after the 3rd week and drops back to 8 and 10 reps.*
Incl. B.B. Press- 130 pounds 6 sets 5 reps
Preacher Curls- 85 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
Incl. D.b. Flye's- 35 pounds 4 sets 10-12 reps
Upright b.b. Rows- 80 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
Rear Delt Raise- 10 pounds 4 sets 12 reps
B.B. Curls (standing)- 75 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
Stand. Shoulder Press- 85 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
Lying Tricep Press- 85 pounds 3 sets 8-10 reps
D.B. Hammer Curls- 35 pounds 4 sets 10-12 reps
Lawn Mowers- 35 pounds 4 sets 15 reps (2 sets per arm)
Sunday:
Flat bench- bar 10 reps, 115 pounds 5 reps, 135 pounds 5 reps, 185 pounds 5 reps, 205 pounds 5 reps, 225 pounds 4 reps
Lying Tricep Press- 78 pounds 10 reps, 88 pounds 10 reps, 98 pounds 10 reps
Cable Pull Downs- 150 pounds 10 reps, 170 pounds 8 reps, 190 pounds 6 reps, 190 pounds 6 reps
Bent Over Rows- 65 pounds 10 reps, 110 pounds 8 reps, 155 pounds 6 reps
* I do Abs everyday, and cardio Monday through Saturday.

C4, no explode, hemavol, white flood, super pump. The list goes on and on. No one can tell you which product is best for you, because everyone's body reacts differently to different supplements. I would recommend getting some samples to see which one fits you best, before making a purchase

For some reasons i dont notice any enrgy boost, pump or similar stuff when i workout early in the morning...i drink my first shake at 7 am as soon as i wake up, after 30 minutes i take my pre workout supplement(today it was free sample of no xplode from bb.com) and hit the gym at 8 am... it seems i do everything right...I want to add that when i workout, lets say at 7 pm, after preworkout supplement intake i feel that i can lift everything .. any suggestions?

OP looks like you dont need a pump product, but instead neet do train harder. Example: Your chest day, instead of doing 115x5,135x5,185x5 which looks like warm up sets and you finally hit up 225x4 whihc looks like a real set, try doing warm ups enough and do 225 for 3 sets. So do 135x2x10, 185x10 (all are warmups) then hit 225.
also you need to hit up more chest excercies. Do BB flat bench, then maybe DB flat, and then DB incline.
