Yeah...u put on some decent overall size in 2 yrs. Still lean and I think you can do more with these good genetics. If it were me...I'd strive to get bigger while maintaining low b/f. Maybe spend some additional time hitting traps and bi's/tri's a bit harder. But this is still good work here.

Havent maxed out since being on jim wendler 5/3/1.
My eating is 3200 cals a day. 70fat/400carb/250 protein

Yeah i went from 2800-3000-3200 cals. Been at 3200 with current macro split for a few months now. been seeing very slow size gains. Gained about 4-5 lbs in the past 3 months I would say. I like to stay as lean as possible while maintaining as much strength as possible. I am on the jim wendler 5/3/1 program finishing up the 6th month and I LOVE IT.
Gains have been constant. I really do love this program.
Ideally I would like to be 175 end result.
