I am on day 50 of my cut and have 25 more days left. I was wondering what percent bf i am around? Does anyone have an idea? I am tired of hearing so many different opinions. I also was wondering why my hips dont seem to be shrinking. I think i have wide hip bones but i also was reading about overdeveloping your obliques and was wondering if mayb that is playing part in my trouble tapering to that perfect v. Any advice? thanks

hips are genetic best thing you could do is not do any direct oblique work / get lower bf/ get wider lats and shouldersMUTANT ATHLETE

5-6%, hips don't look bad at all. If you are really worried about it, search the abdominal vacuum exercise on google or bb.com. It is recommended by layne norton to shrink the size of your waist and strengthen the transverse abdominals (inner layer).

If you are tired of hearing differing opinions on your BF, you probably shouldnt have posted on an internet forum where every Tom, Dick and Harry can put in their two cents. But I agree with Adam...who cares. Are they going to list your BF percentage on your finished photos after the shoot? And if they were, and you are trying to get a valid opinion on, its absolutely impossible for an experienced eye to give you an estimate without seeing your lower body. You could be 4%...or you could be 10%. No way on earth to tell without seeing the lower HALF of your body. And even at that....its mainly guess work.
No such thing as overdeveloped obliques....just underdeveloped everything else. And obliques dont set a waist line. Your hips set your waist line. And your proportions look fine on the upper half of your body......unless you are doing a BSN advert standing next to Ronnie Coleman....then you might consider bulking a bit."Who the Son sets free is free indeed....."
