I still think ZMA gives me the most noticeable results of any supplement i have ever taken. Quality sleep makes such a difference in this busy world

Anecdotal experience says ZMA is far better than just magnesium and the cost isn't to much of an issue. Worth every penny

Fair enough. Not going to tell you what you can and can't spend your money on (But hookers and cocaine would be the best choice)
Do you use it for any other purpose then to improve sleep?

Grunts Doing Crunches
I do this:
Vit A: Carrots, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, etc.
Vitamin B: Meat, Eggs, Some Berries, etc.
Vitamin C: Broccoli, Strawberries, Asparagus, etc..
Vitamin D: Either milk or D3 pill, or sunlight, or Avocado, etc..
Vitamin E: Nuts, Fish, Eggs, Veggies, etc...
Vitamin K: Kale, Spinach, other veggies.
Calcium: Veggies, Nuts.. etc..
Potassium: Banana, Sweet Potato/Potato, Nuts, Veggies, etc...
Iron: Veggies, Red Meat, etc...
If you eat enough whole foods to satisfy the above, i would guess you'd hit all your mineral needs, too.

That's cool. I only drink water, so free beverages aren't such a draw. I'm eating at dining halls, and the food isn't so bad. However, I miss home cooking and it's pretty hard to even estimate things here despite intentions to have students eating 'healthy'. They don't seem to grasp the concept of portion control, though. Still peddling that pseudo-broscience.

Probably doesn't get terribly warm up in Seattle. Not like it does in Atlanta. Also, when do you guys take your vitamins/ supplements? Just out of curiosity.
